Let’s Talk About Your Privacy (Without the Jargon)

We respect your privacy — and we promise not to do anything weird with your data. No selling your details to mysterious billionaires, no inbox-filling spam, and no random marketing that makes you wonder “how did they even get my email?”

This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are — in plain English.

Who We Are

This website is run by me, Paul Schofield — an Independent Partner of Utility Warehouse (UW).

I use this site to share information about the UW Partner opportunity and to connect with people who want to save money or build a second income stream.

What Data We Collect (And Why)

When you use my contact form, I may collect:

  • Your name (so I know who I’m talking to)
  • Your email address (so I can reply)
  • Your phone number (if you choose to share it and want me to call you)
  • Any message you write (so I know what’s important to you)

I collect this information so I can have a friendly, relevant conversation with you — nothing more.

How We Use Your Data

We use your details to:

  • Get back to you about the UW opportunity
  • Answer any questions you have
  • Arrange a call or follow-up if you’ve asked for one

That’s it. No spam. No selling your details. No third-party mailing lists.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your details for as long as it’s useful for us to have a conversation.

If you decide you’re not interested, you can ask me to delete everything — and I will.

Your Rights (And How to Use Them)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • See what data I have about you
  • Ask me to correct it
  • Ask me to delete it
  • Ask me to stop contacting you

Just email me using the contact form or reply to any message I send — I’ll handle it quickly (no awkward questions asked).

Cookies

Our cookies aren’t the chocolate chip kind (sorry). They’re small files that make the site work properly and tell us which bits people actually read.

  • Essential cookies: These make the site work — you can’t turn them off.
  • Analytics cookies: These help us see what pages people visit so we can make the site better.

You can disable cookies in your browser if you want to stay completely anonymous. The site will still work, you just might miss out on some tracking that helps us improve things.

Sharing Your Data

We don’t share your personal information with anyone except where it’s absolutely necessary — for example, if you ask me to register your interest with UW.

Security

I take keeping your data safe seriously — and use reasonable steps to keep it protected. (No, it’s not stored on a post-it note stuck to my fridge.)

Questions?

If you have any questions about how I use your data, just get in touch through the contact form.
